Directions:

  1. Our roller can be used directly on the skin, or over skin-tight leggings.
  2. Holding it with 2 hands, place the roller on on the target area (thighs, calves, or arms).
  3. Roll up back, applying light pressure, for 5 minutes a day on each area.

Q: How long and how often should I use it?

A: We recommend using your roller 4-7 times per week, with 5 minutes on each area per session.

Q: How long until I see results?

A: Exact results vary by person, but most customers see visible improvement in just 2 weeks.

Q: Will I have pain or bruising?

A: The first session may feel a bit uncomfortable, but as your body gets used to it there should be no pain. Some bruising is normal, especially if your skin is prone to it, but should fade quickly. You may choose to use it less often or with less pressure if bruising is an issue!

Q: Should I use oil?

A: Using an oil on your target areas before use can help your DermaFit glide more easily over the skin. You can use massage oil, coconut oil, aloe vera, and others.
